OVERVIEW
Designed to provide young individuals with the opportunity to gain hands-on vocational training experience in the tourism industry for a period of six months as well as 6-hours per week of our Life Skills Academy programs conducted by an international team.
the curriculum
Stella’s Child staff & volunteer mentors provide a range of life skills seminars to the youth in the areas of language, communications, anti-bullying, health & wellbeing and Balinese culture. A special emphasis on Financial Literacy is core to the program to assist the youth in developing good money management skills that they need for successful futures.
OUR STUDENTS
We support underserved youth from remote areas such as Seraya and Ban villages in Karangasem Bali as well as youth from a new collaboration with
Child Aid Papua. Because of a lack of access to gainful employment opportunities in these areas, we strive to connect these talented and capable youth with career opportunities that allow the to break their families cycle of poverty.
